Foreign Nationals face unique challenges when it comes to
securing a mortgage on their second home or investment
property. MAI’s ECOP product is built to handle these unique needs with new foreign national options.


From the ability to use tradelines instead of FICOS, to the option to do a No Ratio loan with a DSCR of 1.15 or higher, ECOP makes the Foreign National loan process easier.


  • LTVs up to 75% For Purchase or R/T

  • LTVs up to 70% For Cash Out

  • Second Home Or Investment Property

  • Loan amounts: Between $100k -$1.5mm

  • No FICO Score Required

  • DTI up to 50% or No Ratio at DSCR ≥ 1.15

  • 2-4 Unit and Non-Warrantable Condos Allowed

  • 2 Years out of Bankruptcy

  • 2 Years out of Short sale/Foreclosure
